We offer unlimited changes to your project as long as you ask within 7 days of delivery. In exceptional cases, we’ll accept requests for up to 14 days.

We’ll go over what you need before we start. If there’s ever a problem, we’ll look back at what we agreed on and do our best to make things right.
If your project has not yet started, you can get a full refund. After we’ve removed the relevant fees, we will give you a refund for the difference in price.
No refunds are available if you signed up through a limited-time or discounted deal.
You may ask for a refund within 5 days of delivery if you’re not happy with the outcome. We could provide a partial refund if we are unable to resolve the problem with revisions. After 5 days with no response, we’ll assume you’re satisfied.
